We provide delivery services nationwide across the UK’s mainland. This commitment to personal service allows us to maintain the highest standards of care, ensuring that your products are handled with the utmost respect and professionalism from the moment they leave our warehouse to the moment they arrive at your doorstep.
In addition to taking pride in personally handling all deliveries, regardless of the size of your order, we also have relationships with some of the country’s biggest and most trusted couriers.
Tradedor strives to deliver your products as quickly as possible, minimising the amount of time you and your clients have to wait. Our delivery times vary depending on the specifics of your order.
We offer free delivery on most of our orders, depending on your location and the type of delivery method used.
We also offer order tracking to our customers whenever possible, meaning you can monitor your order when it’s on its way to you.
When shipped via DPD, the courier will be directly in touch with you with tracking numbers and the relevant information needed to track the order. We’ll mainly deliver roller garage doors, Garador products and spare parts or components ourselves. In these instances, we’ll send you an email with a delivery date and a two-hour time slot. We’ll also call you on the day to let you know when we expect to arrive.
Unfortunately, for orders shipped by Royal Mail tracking is unavailable.
The team here at Tradedor will always do our utmost to accommodate any special delivery requests you may have. Just let us know what you require, and we’ll do our best to fulfil your request.
In the unlikely event that you’re provided with faulty goods, we’re always happy for you to return them in exchange for non-faulty parts. However, all garage doors we supply are bespoke and made to measure, so they cannot be returned.
If you’d prefer to collect your products from our warehouse rather than have them delivered, we can facilitate this, too. Typically, collection will reduce the lead time by approximately one week.
As well as this, we keep a large quantity of spare parts and additional components on site. This means that if you place an order for collection, you can usually collect it on the same day. This also applies to our range of Garador products.
