Once you have your account, you can start placing orders at any time. There is no limit on the number of orders you can place or on the door quantities within each order. No matter what you require, we’ll be here to help. We can provide you with several quotes for the doors you’re looking for, helping you to understand all the costs involved. At this stage, we’ll also provide you with lead time information so you can make an informed decision.
There are multiple ways to place an order with us, including using your customer portal, sending it in writing or by simply giving us a call. No matter how you feel most comfortable placing an order, we will try our best to accommodate you, making the process as easy as possible.
We also provide an express delivery service on a select range of colours and sizes in addition to our standard delivery options. Plus, we can even deliver products directly to your customers if you need us to.
Once an order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining all of the information. This gives you the chance to check sizes and specifications to ensure everything is correct. If you need to change anything, simply get in touch, and our team will be happy to help.
