The application process

The application process is very straightforward and can be done by completing our online form.

To sign up for a trade account, we require you to be an active garage door seller. How often you sell doors doesn’t matter. Maybe you only sell one door a year or require large quantities every week – whatever the case, if you know you will be regularly selling garage doors, then you will be eligible for an account.

Once you have completed the form to apply for a trade account, you can expect to hear from us very soon.

Ordering

Once you have your account, you can start placing orders at any time. There is no limit on the number of orders you can place or on the door quantities within each order. No matter what you require, we’ll be here to help.

There are multiple ways to place an order with us, this includes using your customer portal, sending it in writing or by simply giving us a call. However you feel most comfortable placing an order, we will try our best to accommodate you, making the process as easy as possible.

Once an order has been placed, we’ll be in regular contact with you until the delivery has been completed to ensure you have everything you need.

We also provide an express delivery service on a select range of colours and sizes in addition to our standard delivery options.

Plus, we can even deliver products directly to your customers if you need us to.
